Chair Yoga

Toni is a fully qualified Chair Yoga instructor.

Chair Yoga is for all ages and abilities. The youngest person is 19 and the oldest is 96. Some people  that join chair yoga do so for the social aspect of meeting new people. Toni is trained to deliver Chair yoga to people with learning dificulties and people living with dementia.

Chair Yoga is an adapted form of Yoga which is gentle and easy to do. It is available to everyone, all ages and abilities. Most of the exercises are done in a seated position. Some times we may use the chairto balance with. Using the chair helps you stay safe and free from injury, it will improve your mobilty and balance.

It can help with certain conditions such as high blood pressure, anxiety, arthritis, MS, chronic pain, depression and stress.
